According to Fox Sports Radio host Larry Pepe, NSAC's Keith Kizer confirmed that Frank Mir received a therapeutic use exception for testosterone replacement therapy for his UFC 146 fight with Junior Dos Santos. Pepe then infers that Mir had thus used TRT during his training.

SAC's Keith Kizer confirmed to me that Frank Mir met all requirements for & received TUE for TRT for UFC 146 fight against JDS.
It was granted PRIOR to UFC 146 so he was allowed to use TRT coming into the fight with JDS. Had won 3 straight
Yes, had to pre and post fight blood work and satisfy all other NSAC requirements which he did
TUE was only officially granted after Frank passed post fight blood test day after fight with normal blood test levels
