Cain Velasquez not only dominated Antonio Silva, he cut him up and left the canvas stained with his blood. Directly after the fight, Velasquez spoke to Ariel Helwani for Fuel TV and made it clear that he wasn't bothered by fighting a blood-soaked Silva.
Quote after the jump...
From the video (transcribed by MMA Mania):
It was slippery, ya know? Blood doesn't bother me at all. The smell, whatever, it doesn't bother me. It was just a little slippery. I was kinda worried about that one spot in the Octagon where there was a lot of (blood), where [the referee] put us back down. I was just worried about that, ya know? Maybe getting my foot on there and me slipping, having him roll me or something.
If there is something cooler than the way Cain demolished Silva and then saying you were most worried about slipping on his blood? I don't know what it is.
