It's been 10 days since Renan Barao was named as Dominick Cruz' replacement at UFC 148 on July 7th in Las Vegas. He will meet Urijah Faber for the UFC interim bantamweight title, and the betting line came out a few days later. As expected, the lines were all pretty close to even. But it seems that the betting public has put all the early money on Barao, to the point that he's now a bonafide favorite. Here are the best lines you can find at the moment: (via BestFightOdds):
I'm not all that surprised that the early money is on Barao, but Faber is not someone that should be taken lightly. If the line moves any more than this, I'd definitely be tempted to put some money on the former WEC featherweight champion. Heck, I'm tempted right now.
