This week's episode of "MMA Uncensored Live" on Spike TV (Thursday, May 24 at 11:00pm ET/PT) will include an in studio interview with UFC® legend BJ Penn, who joins the hosts to discuss his MMA future, and Strikeforce heavyweight Daniel Cormier, who talks about his plans after winning the Grand Prix Championship last week.

I know a lot of you haven't been enamored with the show so far, and you have good reason to think that. But if you ignore Carton (and sometimes Straka), the stuff they've presented hasn't been half-bad. Basically, it's still worth a watch.
