As usual with the UFC, it appears that some guys are going to get the chance to fight in (or near) their hometowns. One of those men is middleweight Jared Hamman, who will meet Michael Kuiper on August 11th. He tweeted about the fight:
Hamman (13-4) is coming off a first-round KO loss to Constantinos Philippou at UFC 140 last December. He won his middleweight debut against C.B. Dollaway in the bout before that one. Kuiper (11-1) dropped a decision to Rafael Natal in his UFC debut at UFC 143. The bout is expected to take place on the preliminary card.
