I will now admit I do not like Jon Jones, although I'm sure most of you already knew this. However people seem to have a problem with haters around here so I just felt like clearing something up real quick. The reason why I don't like Jon goes back to his fight with Bader. I felt that at the time Bader had the talent and ability to eventually be the champ and, as one of his apparently few fans, was not happy when Jones dominated him. Since then, I have hated Jones and wanted him to lose every fight. Now allow me to inquire of whoever decides to read this, is there something wrong with having a fighter that you hate? I do not deny his incredible athleticism and skill level and anyone with any sense would admit how talented he is. But disliking a fighter is totally justified because its what allows fans, in my opinion, to connect with fighters and want to watch them, whether cheering for them to win or hoping they will lose. Look at Kos for a prime example. He realized that people hated him and embraced it and spun it to get people to watch him fight hoping he would lose. So all the guys around here who are Jones fans need to let go and embrace that hatred for Jon. We aren't denying the skills we all know he possesses, rather voicing our dislike for whatever reasons we may have. Hell im sure some people just plain hate him without any reason but they are entitled to that choice.
In conclusion, Jon is an absolute beast and deserves to be considered among the best in the world pound for pound. However, we can still hate you for how you got there :)
Congrats on the win against Evans, that was a hell of a performance against the guy I personally think is for now the last guy to have a chance at beating Mr. Jones.
