Brock Lesnar returned to the WWE tonight on WWE Raw, interrupting an in ring ramble being done by top star John Cena and delivering his patented F-5 in response to an ill advised attempt at a handshake by Cena. Some of the chatter on Twitter had people noting that Brock looked significantly smaller than in his UFC run (and thus incredibly smaller than his first stint in the WWE).

Lesnar is a former three time WWE champion and, with the attack on golden boy Cena, it appears that the writers and behind-the-scenes players are perfectly content to put Lesnar back near the top of the promotion.

It will be interesting to see what kind of physical shape he is in when he actually steps into the ring. He looked pretty tired after delivering the F-5, but that could also be adrenaline (plus lifting a very large man onto his shoulders). Scripted or not, pro-wrestling is a very physically demanding pursuit.
