UFC Welterweight Matt Brown talks to MMA Fighting's Luke Thomas before his UFC 145 bout with Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson. Long-time Bloody Elbow readers will be as shocked to see the two men together in the same place as the space-time continuum was, look closely to spot the photo trickery that allowed this trick to be executed.
The 31-year-old Brown has his back to the wall against the undefeated and heavily hyped Thompson. Brown is 13-11 as a pro and 6-5 in the UFC. Ben Fowlkes has him on the "Cut List" of fighters who desperately need a win at UFC 145. Fowlkes pronounced Brown's outlook for survival as "grim."

Here's what Fowlkes had to say:
My money's on Thompson to win this fight and knock Brown down a few more pegs. Granted, I've predicted the demise of Brown's UFC career before and he's still hanging around. But there are fighters with better than .500 records who've been cut from the UFC for one ill-timed loss. Brown's a survivor, but you can only cling to the edge of the cliff for so long before someone comes along and stomps on your fingers.
Personally, as much as I'm geeking out over Thompson's incredible karate game I think Matt Brown is the kind of gritty badass UFC veteran who just might dish out a beating to the highly-touted veteran of Chuck Norris' World Combat League.
