Hey guys,
Most of the guys in the fanposts section know who I am nowadays, but I wanted to express massive thanks to you all for your support and critique in recent months.
Over the past few months I have been working on my first book "Advanced Striking: Tactics of Kickboxing Boxing and MMA Masters".
In this book I have endeavored to demonstrate some of the techniques that I feel have proved most successful for some of the best strikers in the world. The techniques are all described and demonstrated in detail, with reference to where you can view the professionals utilizing them.
I really hope that this book can help educate MMA fans, and give casual and hardcore striking practitioners some new techniques to play with.
