UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre's knee injury has been well-documented, but he apparently wanted to give fans a sneak peek at his recovery and rehab as well. He has released the second video in a series titled 'Road to Recovery", where he does a bunch of exercises that involve his knee.
It has been approximately three months since the surgery was performed, and he appears to be doing just fine, tweeting "3 months since surgery and, with all of your help, I can see the Octagon on the horizon!!!". Here's the video, and you can catch the first in the series (from just after the surgery) below the jump.
"Hi everyone! I'm back in Montreal for the weekend. I just started training gymnastics again. I'm very limited in what I can do, but I had a great workout. Pat prepared a great training program for me. I'll see everyone next weekend in Las Vegas for the fight, Condit Diaz."
