Shooto 3rd round took place last night in Japan, where Kyoji Horiguchi (pictured) defeated longtime Shootist and ADCC grappler, Tetsu Suzuki, by TKO two minutes into their fight.
Also on the card, Yasuke Yachi defeated Shigeki Osawa (of Sengoku and Amateur wrestling fame) by decision. Former Champ, BJ Kojima, continued to be unimpressive as he dropped a decision to young Korean Nam Jin Jo. And Shinji Sasaki drew with Daisuke Hoshino.
