Breen just retweeted this from Cesar Gracie
@ufc@danawhite Condit vs Diaz or Gsp will not happen this year. Being interviewed by Ariel Helwanie in 5 minutes. He will break the story.
So I have no idea. Supposedly Carlos and Malki are flying in for a meeting with the UFC in a couple days, so something must be up, but who knows.
What's this war in the heart of nature? Why does nature vie with itself? The land contend with the sea? Is there an avenging power in nature? Not one power, but two?

Fair enough, man.

I bet this ends up like Edgar v. Penn II
Condit will win the rematch even more in dominant fashion.

I think so too.
Condit is more versatile, and has more ways to improve on his performance.

Lol…the only downside of this being on Fox 3 would to make the Jim miller/Diaz fight only three rounds =/

I originally gave the fight to Condit 50-45.... (I watched it in 3D, it was kinda weird)
I felt that Condit clearly outstruck him and fought the perfect fight. I was not interested in a rematch. After taking in many different viewpoints and seeing how divided everyone was, I finally rewatched it tonight and I gave Diaz rds 1,2&5. I feel that Nick’s strikes in the earlier rounds seemed to be more significant than the ones Carlos was landing, (even though he landed more) and the takedown, taking the back, and sub attempts in the 5th were the closest the fight ever was to being finished. Now that I’ve come to this conclusion I welcome a rematch. It was much closer than I realized.

Diaz 48-47

I did the exact same thing
Watched it the 1st time had Condit up 4-1 (Diaz winning the 5th) then I watched it again gave Diaz 1,2 and 5th

My rewatch was
10-10, 10-9 Diaz, 10-9 Condit, 10-9 Condit, 10-10…it’s interesting how differently it looks when you know what you’re looking at, not tense waiting to see what’s going to happen.
