As you all know, I've assumed the role of stat geek this season and provided you with what I hope has been some entertaining breakdowns of all the Civil War action. An irrational love of spreadsheets and an inordinate amount of spare time have been the fuel and while I'm not sure I'll be up to the task of doing it next season as well, I'm happy to continue doing recaps for the remaining events.

Tomorrow's event is an exception, though. None of my friends are into MMA except this one guy who I coerced into watching UFC 129. He loved it (he fell asleep just before the main event) but the MMA bug hasn't quite caught him yet so I'm using UFC 144 as the second and hopefully final argument. What this means is that I'll be watching the event with him on Sunday while starving myself of MMA news until then to keep the suspense intact, so I won't be able to provide a recap until Monday at around 2pm ET.

I know you like your recaps as early as possible, so this is where you come in: I need someone to take over the recapping duties for tomorrow night's event. It takes anywhere from an hour to several hours to do depending on how many stats you want to provide (I'll be happy to put up an extended stats post on Monday) and I'll provide you with the spreadsheet as well as step-by-step instructions.

Here's what you need:

• Excel or OpenOffice Calc and a modicum of experience using either one
  
• Copy-paste skills
• Time

PS: Feel free to use this post to continue the discussion about next season and the potential rule changes we could make. It seems like a lot of people favour a head-to-head type of system or even playoffs.
