Fuel TV Offers Free Preview That Includes UFC on Fuel Event
A lot of fans are interested in watching tomorrow night's UFC on Fuel card, but either don't want to have to pay for a new channel to watch the UFC, or don't even have the channel offered by their cable provider. Well this is no help to the latter, but it might interest the former - Fuel is offering a free preview this week. Here's a snippet of the press release:
LOS ANGELES, CA - FUEL TV (www.fuel.tv), FOX Sports Media Group's dynamic sports network for males, offers a special free preview February 13-19, making it possible for millions of mixed martial arts fans to watch FUEL TV's first-ever live main card event of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, "UFC ON FUEL TV: SANCHEZ VS. ELLENBERGER," on February 15 at 8:00 PM ET.
...
Multiple distributors in select areas are participating in the FUEL TV special Free Preview. From February 13 - 19, consumers can check directly with their local provider or go to www.fuel.tv/getfueltv to see who is participating.
It has been said that this will be available to about eight million homes, in addition to the 36 million that currently have access. Not a huge number, but better than nothing.

When I go to ufc.tv it says $6.99, like all other shows (including ppv's)

Even on event replay?
In Germany it still wants money for stuff in the fight library, but event replays are free.
Im not paying money for a shitty channel with nothing else on it so i can watch live UFC undercards once every few weeks
especially when i have to already buy the PPVs and FX and all their crappy movies. put it on facebook or your website if you want to get your advertising money from me.

Fuel does kinda suck, but they still have the Best of Pride series, previous ppvs, and a ton of MMA content every single day. it’s really not like Spike or FX [which has excellent original programming, although it’s sandwiched between shitty movies].

Wah Wah Wahhhh.
wow a whopping 8 million homes. Stop the press lol seriously the whole fuel thing will come back to bite the UFC in the ass. I agree with the article posted here earlier today.
I love comcast but....
I can’t get FuelTV and I would pay extra to have that channel. Oh well, that’s what friends with satellite are for.
