In the second fight of the UFC 155 main card, Yushin Okami used his superior grappling to completely nullify the game of Alan Belcher.

Alan Belcher and Yushin Okami hit the Octagon second for the UFC 155 PPV. Belcher got it started with a head kick. He made it clear he wanted to keep this fight at range to avoid Okami's wrestling. It didn't last long though as Okami locked him up in the clinch. A failed trip from Okami put Belcher on top. He went for a guillotine and ended on his back. Yushin improved to side control, then north-south. He finished off the round on Belcher's back.

Okami went right back to the clinch early in the second. Another failed trip by Yushin and another guillotine attempt from Belcher. Yushin established control from half-guard before moving to side control. Stood up by the ref. Okami backed Belcher right into the fence again. Okami just completely wore down Belcher.

Belcher dropped OKami early in the third with a straight right. Yushin recovered and clinched up. Another failed trip and Belcher got mount. Okami escaped and got back into Belcher's guard.

Yushin Okami picked up the unanimous decision (30-27 x 2, 29-28) over Alan Belcher.
