Friday, just before the UFC 155 fighters weighed in, UFC Lightweight Donald Cerrone participated in a fan Q&A. Cerrone is 6-1 in the UFC since the WEC merger, with his only loss coming to former contender Nate Diaz. Next month, he's expected to face the last WEC 155 lb. champion Anthony Pettis. The fight has been rumored for about the last 6 months, but injuries to Pettis have delayed the match. It will finally go down January 26 at the United Center in Chicago, IL at UFC On Fox 6.
Liz Carmouche is the second half of the first ever scheduled WMMA fight in the UFC. She's 7-2 in her professional career and coming off a 2nd round submission win over Kaitlin Young at Invicta FC 2. She'll challenge Ronda Rousey for the women's Bantamweight title at UFC 157 on February 23.
UFC 155 is coming up tonight. In the main event Junior Dos Santos will look to get his second title defense against challenger and former champion Cain Velasquez.
