Dominick Cruz footwork secrets analysed

I break down Dominick Cruz's main footwork tools, how they can applied with different attacks, and how they fit together.

I uploaded this to youtube originally, but it was taken down sadly. Infringement is apparently a big crime. I hope you'll write to me in jail.

And link in case the embed isn't working.

TIME STAMP:

0.02 - Bumps (to throw jabs. Uppercuts when people come in. Feints from this position. Bumps to evade. Bumps into a kick)

1.51 - Switch step (Into a kick. Used when throwing the right hand. When moving forward)

2.25 - Sidestep & Angles (Off the right hand. Exits at 90 degrees right or left. Uses them to evade. Zigzag motion)

4.33 - Shuffle (Dominick's not-Ali-shuffle. Shuffle into knees. Slingshot into takedown. Into strikes. Into superman punch. Unpredictability of attack)

5.08 - Circling (To evade. Circling with jab)

5.25 - Putting it all together (Watching footage in real time and spotting his maneuvers)

5.55 - Influence from Muhammad Ali (Comparing to Ali footage)
