The MMA Gang Of Four are back to review 2012 in MMA and look ahead to 2013.

The final The MMA Beat episode for 2012 is now available with MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani and crew looking back at the year in MMA and what could be ahead for 2013.

In focus: the UFC's first full year on Fox, the emergence of Ronda Rousey, Ben Henderson, fighter injuries, drug usage and plenty more in this 42-minute video. The group also discussed fighter of the year, moment of the year, lowlight of the year and more awards.

Joining Helwani: Bloody Elbow founder and MMA Fighting scribe Luke Thomas, MMA Fighting writer Mike Chiappetta and ESPN/Fight Magazine writer Chuck Mindenhall. The MMA Beat is a roundtable style discussion that kicked off in late 2012.
