Don't kill me now. Upon a rewatch of this fight, I scored the first 2 rounds for Mauricio and the 3rd for Alexander. This fight was a hell of a lot closer than what the official scorecard would lead one to believe, and I just keep reading headlines of how Shogun got.. "mauled". Am I the only one who has this line of thought or score card? Maybe I am biased (Although I have become a fan of Gus after this fight.) but from MY perspective, I had this 29-28 Shogun. This is not to say that Gustaffson fought bad, this was a very enjoyable fight, and a good performance by both men.
