Maybe that's a little exaggerated but all of the SBNation sites are borderline unuseable on my phone, they just crash constantly. I know a fanpost isn't the best way to address it, but I e-mailed support@sbnation.com a couple of weeks ago with all the details and they said it's a known issue and they're still looking into it.... am I the only one? I have a Droid 3, if that helps. There doesn't seem to be any connection between GIF-heavy pages and crashing BTW, the websites crash constantly without them.

By the way this includes the 'new' way the sites render in mobile as of last night. I greatly appreciate the switch- the image-heavy pages were garish and obnoxious on a small phone screen- but it doesn't seem to have helped the crashing problem one bit. Let me know if this is affecting other Android users too or if I'm just having some kind of phone problem (though I've never had a non-SB Nation site crash before)
