Michael Bisping vs Vitor Belfort to headline upcoming UFC event in Brazil

Tom Szczerbowski-US PRESSWIRE

As we've been reporting for the last week, there's been a lot of talk about a fight between Michael Bisping and Vitor Belfort. Finally, the UFC has confirmed the rumors on their Brazilian website. The two Middleweights will headline the card happening on January 19. For now, the card does not have an official arena or city, but the Brazilian site promises that news will be coming over the next few weeks. This event will be the first for the UFC in 2013.

In addition to the announcement of the headliner, the UFC announced the rest of the card as well. Fan favorite C.B. Dolloway will appear in the co-main event against TUF Brazil competitor Daniel Sarafian. Sarafian was expected to make his UFC debut back at UFC 147 as a finalist from the show, but an unfortunate injury forced him off the card and he was replaced by Sergio Moraes. Dolloway recovered from a two-fight skid when he beat Jason Miller at UFC 146.
