For the first time in over a year, it appears that the UFC will be returning to the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. MMA Junkie is reporting that UFC 157 will likely take place in the building on February 23rd, and will air live on pay per view. This would be the second pay per view of 2013, and will take place three weeks after UFC 156 in Las Vegas.

The UFC has hosted five prior events in the 15,000-seat Honda Center dating back to 2006. The most recent card held there was UFC on Fox 1 in November of last year, which featured Junior dos Santos knocking out Cain Velasquez in 64 seconds to claim the UFC heavyweight title. The two men are rematching at UFC 155 on December 29th.

There are no fights currently announced for the card, but you'd have to expect that a title would be defended at the event. That might be difficult though, considering that seven of the eight UFC titles are either on the shelf or will have been defended in the three months leading up to the event. Any guesses on what could main event the show? Could Dominick Cruz be ready by then?
