In an odd coincidence, over a century ago, the United States achieved those identical results. At the London Games in 1908, George N. Mehnert and G.S. Dole both captured gold in wrestling, though neither competed in freestyle nor in Greco-Roman, but instead in catch-as-catch-can wrestling.
