At the post-fight press conference following their first event in China, the UFC announced that 8,415 people saw the fights live for a live gate of $1.3 million.

UFC On Fuel TV 6 marked the UFC's first ever event in China. In the feature bout, former Middleweight champion Rich Franklin suffered a devastating knockout at the hands of San Shou star Cung Le. Franklin kept his head high and chin up coming off a low kick, left hook combination and Le placed a picture perfect counter right hand right on the button.

At the post-fight press conference following the fight card the UFC announced that 8,415 people saw the event live in the Cotai Arena. Although the venue sits 15,000 at capacity, UFC executive Mark Fischer said the arena was sold out considering the UFC's set up. He also said the event pulled in a paid gate of $1.3 million.

The gate in Macao was the second highest in UFC On Fuel TV history. The only to eclipse it was UFC On Fuel TV 2 where Alexander Gustafsson took a decision over yesterday's co-main eventer Thiago Silva in Sweden. That event pulled in $2.23 million.
