It's been a long day of will they/won't they regarding the Jeremy Stephens vs. Yves Edwards bout at UFC on FX 5: Browne vs. Bigfoot.

Stephens was arrested this morning on an outstanding felony warrant and the bout appeared headed for cancellation. Dana White insisted that the fight WOULD in fact go on despite the arrest and Stephens still being in jail hours before the fight was to take place.

After word circulated from multiple sources that the fight was cancelled, Dana is now tweeting out that the fight will still take place.

The Facebook prelims were cancelled and there isn't exactly time on the standard broadcast for the fight, so it would seem likely that the bout will be after the main event if it does indeed take place.

This is an absolute mess at this point and really it makes no sense to move ahead with the bout.
