Robbie Lawler defeats Adlan Amagov by TKO. The stoppage came at 1:48 in the first round.
Robbie Lawler came forward wildly throwing punches. Amagov responded with a takedown putting Lawler on his back. Illegal knee strike to the head by Amagov. Lawler bent down and Amagov played dumb not understanding the penalty. Referee Steve Mazzagatti deducted a point from Amagov. Lawler fit to continue and the fight continued. Robbie Lawler threw a jumping knee and then pounded Amagov out with ground and pound.
Robbie Lawler picked up his 19th career victory and 16th victory by way of knockout. He entered the fight on a two fight losing streak and and 2-4 in his last six. He is now 19-8 in his career. Adlan Amagov was considered a true bettors pick entering the fight. He was 9-1-1 in his career and had two victories in Strikeforce coming into the fight.

I think the knee missed and Amagov was just looking to grab a as Lawler landed. Then Lawler pounded him out.

Lawler dropped with balls on Amagov’s head. If those balls covered by a cup had enough momentum from the jump, they could have rocked the poor fucker. How crazy would that be?
