Bobcats are a major nuisance for farmers, particularly those who keep livestock. Killing that bobcat probably saved the lives of many pigs, chickens, etc.

I really don’t think you understand. You need to go spend a month in the country to understand. In really rural areas there isn’t an animal control guy that comes and takes care of pest. You are the animal control guy. I can understand being mad at the guy for posting it, but don’t get mad at people for killing nuisance animals.
We have a wild boar problem in Louisiana. Some dumb guy brought over boars from Europe way back and they mated with the boars down here. Those boars can get up to 500lbs and more. They attack humans, pets and destroys farms. The Wild Life and Fisheries org has actually allows them to be hunted year round in an effort to control the problem.
If you can't wow them with brilliance, then baffle them with bullshit.
