If you are an MMA fan and don't get Fuel TV there is a sadness in my heart for you. We all knew that the new Fox deal would come with many benefits for fans. The free PPV quality shows on the network is just the icing on the cake. What the UFC has with Fuel TV is as close as they have come to having their own network and it is fantastic.
As the New Year came in so did a wave of MMA programming on Fuel. They kicked off their first day with an all day long marathon that included everything from Ultimate Knockouts 9, UFC 79, Bad Blood and fresh episodes of UFC Unleashed. Tonight The Best of PRIDE debuted on the channel with, surprisingly, Fedor vs Cro Cop kicking off the show. I might be wrong, but I think this is the first Fedor match aired on The Best of PRIDE. Later tonight the first UFC magazine show will debut and as the week goes on more past PPV's will air, like UFC 135. It seems just about anytime I turn the channel on there is some Zuffa program on. Oh if there was only more hours in a day.
Fuel is currently in about 30 million households. Your provider might not carry it or you may find the package cost onerous. But, if you can get the channel, as a fan, I highly recommend it. You may never see your family and friends and I apologize to them in advance but this Fox partnership is a beautiful thing. They should understand.
