Those kids are getting a great experience.
So awesome that kids that age can begin in this sport — even saw some young girls in there — imagine the kind of self-esteem booster something like this will be for young girls. /i wish I could find an MMA or even wrestling gym over here for my kid.

They have some Karate and Tae Kwon Do places here, but those are no substitute for wrestling /bjj/mma.

No, not yet. I still have a couple of years before my toddler is of age to get started
She’s only 3 and 1/2 right now, and I was gonna start her around 5. My hope is that the UFC will come to Italy once or twice before then and will drum up some interest in the sport. If that happens, I will happily put up capital toward building a wrestling/mma/bjj gym here. Got to have some quality instructors though, and I haven’t coached wrestling since 2001 or so, and that was high school.
I would love to be a partner in a gym like that though.
