PrintBobby Razak, the director behind TapouT's famous "Future of MMA" ad is apparently working on a feature film about the history of MMA. He uploaded the trailer to YouTube and Vimeo today. It features UFC champs Bas Rutten, Frank Shamrock, and Mark Coleman as well as Referee John McCarthy, reporter Josh Gross, and former UFC matchmaker John Peretti and others with footage from several early UFCs, Pancrase events and even Antonio Inoki's famous 1976 mixed rules bout with Muhammad Ali.

Fred Ettish, who infamously lost a UFC 2 bout to Johnny Rhodes talks about that humiliating loss and the psychological toll it took on him as well as his 2010 return to the cage at the age of 53.
I don't have any more information about the film at this time but we'll post more as we find it out.

I'mma totally watch that.
I love seeing people trying to have a comprehensive look at the sport w/ guys there from the UFc, guys from Japan, historians, etc. Would love to see some current UFC guys in there though.

Probably. Since the UFC loves releasing footage that doesn’tserver their overall agenda. Also Frank Shamrock is involved in this and fuck that guy.
