Printwhat is Ju Jutsu? An no i dont mean jiu jitsu i mean Ju Jutsu lol.Anyways the reason I asked is my freind does it who i just got back in contact with.anyways im a 2 strip white belt in bjj i have 2 month of kickboxing an a year an 6 months of mma.my freind challenged me to a mma fight rules set in his house he has a pvt traning area .it will b fun but will b full out fight.He is a yellow belt in Ju Jutsu.And when i ask him what that is he smiles an says u will see.any who i looked up what I could about it an appreantly he does kyokoshin Ju Jutsu.What videos i found of it it looks terrifying. we are both the same size.Anyways if any 1 could please tell me what it is.sould I be worried. An what to B aware of i would really appreciate it.thanks.also would it work in selve defense like a streetfight 4 instance.An would it B worth me learning it?

Ju Jutsu is a Japanese martial art most similar to judo, also is comparable to aikido. As with most martial arts, yellow belt is not a high ranking. He’ll probably look to throw you to your back, so I’d practice clinch work (knees punches etc) and creating distance. In order for him to execute any throws or trips, he’ll try to suck your hips in. The key to avoiding that is keeping your hips as far away as possible, as well as your feet/legs. Practice off your back too. Good luck, hope I answered your question.
