UFC veteran ED HERMAN will be returning to the Octagon on February 4th at UFC 143 to face unbeaten prospect Clifford Starks. After returning to the cage from an ACL injury, Herman put away UFC vets Kyle Noke and Tim Credeur in back to back wins. Herman demonstrated his versatility by submitting Noke via heel hook and defeating Credeur via TKO in just 48 seconds of the first round. Clifford Starks (8-0) is coming off of his UFC debut in a unanimous decision win against Dustin Jacoby.

Definitely have to go with Herman over Starks; Starks may turn out great in the future based on his sheer athleticism but Ed has shown some serious improvement in finishing and his wrestling is there as the backup when he needs.

If I live in a castle and you want to kill me, storming the gates is probably not the best idea. You'd do a lot better hitting me in the head with a brick when I come out for the mail. -Ryan Hall
