Partial solution for those without FUEL
Among all the other annoyances of having Comcast, they don't carry FUEL and don't seem like they're going to anytime soon. For those that absolutely need to see as many fights live as possible, there is a partial solution. Fox Deportes looks like it will carry all the prelims that would be seen in English on FUEL. I checked my channel guide and they're listed as carrying the prelims before the FX show on Friday and the prelims before the Fox show next Saturday. It's too early to tell whether they'll carry the actual FUEL show on February 15th. I'm hoping the answer is yes.
It's not perfect. I don't get the channel in HD. I don't speak Spanish. You have to pay for the Multi Latino package, which is another $20 a month. You won't be able to watch the other programming like UFC Tonight or Countdown. But if you're desperate and you can't get FUEL, there is another way. Just thought I'd share that in case it helped anyone else.

There was a report that said both Comcast and Time Warner can’t pick up Fuel for another 9 months, because of some preexisting contracts.
Which basically means that unless you already have Fuel on DirectTV (it’s what I have, HD) or if Dish carries it (I have no idea), then you are pretty much fucked until then.
Dana said himself that fans are screwed until that 9 months are up. I think what AnnieAgee said about Deportes is the way to go, unless you are willing to convert to DirectTV.
I haven’t had cable since before UFC made the jump to Spike, so I have no idea if Comcast is even worth it.
But even after 9 months, it’s probably not guaranteed that either TimeW or Comcast will pick Fuel up.
My advice, switch to DirectTV. They have decent channel packages, I have one of their regular packages and I get just about all the mma I could want. HDNet, Fox Deportes, Spike, Fuel, FX, FOX…most if not all of it in HD.
There is also a free Fuel TV app for both apple and android
But its goodness remains in question
