Even then I’d say it’s a toss up.

Put me in the minority I suppose.
But I liked Face the Pain or whatever the hell the name actually is. Not a good song by any stretch, but UFC’s used it for so long that I do honestly get pumped up hearing it in the opening. It’ll feel like a part of the UFC hype machine has been yanked out. I can’t imagine whatever song they choose will be any better. It’s not like we’re getting a PRIDE theme here.
The Gladiator though? I won’t miss that.

I like the theme because was I think of the UFC, I hear that song in my head. I could care less about the graphics and the intro though since the visuals feel to outdated, and I don’t like the black and gold color scheme. I hope the new graphics look as good as the UFC on Versus theme, and not the generic Fox sports graphics.

I was wondering why those gladiator breast plates were half off at ufcshop.com. Guess I’m gonna feel silly when I show up at the bar later and find out the new intro is some sort of techno music with an endless Just Bleed gif loop. Oh well, I’ll look cool in my sandals no matter what.
I will be pissed if we trade the metal sound for some dubstep sounding bullshit
