Just wanted to drop a quick note to say I was nominated a while back for CBS Washington's Most Valuable Blogger in 2011 in the Sports category. I'll be honest: I have no idea what I win save for the award itself. Here's what i do know: a) I'd appreciate your vote and b) it would be nice if a combat sports blogger showed up everyone else who covers all of the major sports.
So, that's how I am pitching you for your vote. Don't do it for me (unless you want to); do it for MMA. Let's remind this SUPER-traditional sports market (and by that I mean a market that barely pays attention to anything but it's own home sports teams) that there are other sports to care about, too.
You can vote for me here. And a rec on this FanPost wouldn't be the worst thing ever.

How do you know if you’ve been warned? I’ve had comments deleted, but as far as I know, I’ve never been warned. Is there an e-mail sent out or something?
When you open the page...
a box will pop up telling you that you’ve been warned or banned.
Stay away from domestic violence jokes and you’ll be ok.
