Is not making weight a slap in the face of the promoter ?

Paul Daley weighed in at 176 pounds for his fight against Jordan Radev at Saturday's Bamma , thats 5 pounds over the welterweight limit. (we know most commissions give you a 1 pound bonus). That Daley's second fight for Bamma and the second time he missed the weight. The first time he even messed up a scheduled title fight. Hence I have the impression Paul Daley doesnt take Bamma serious enough to make weight.

In my opinion making weight is part of the job of any pro fighter and not making weight , and in this case not even coming close to it , is a pure sign for lack of respect.

Now whats the purpose of this all ? I wanna know what YOU think of fighter who dont make weight and how the promotor should react. Should Bamma stop booking Paul Daley or is his name value and "starpower" worth the trouble ?
