Jonathan Snowden argues while Nick Diaz no question acted unprofessionally, removing him from his title fight against GSP is punishing him for the same behavior that made him the star he is today.

It's nice having Snowden on another site. I get to just read the short description and dismiss it as trolling.
…. Come to think of it, not much has changed.

Snowden's gonnna
…be surprisingly on point.
Tatum: I think he's a good man. I like him. I got nothing against him, but I'm definitely gonna make orphans of his children.
Everyone want's to see Diaz x GSP
No one care about those press conference thing, and maybe it added more hype to the fight, please Dana bring Diaz back to fight GSP, that’s his way to market his fights, and he has lots of fans, including me !
I agree with Snowden to an extent.
Truth is, nobody really cares about press conferences except when something ridiculous happens or is said, kind of like the Anderson-Vitor conference with the mask and stuff.
On the other hand, if this was simply the kid blowing off a press conference last minute, Snowden would be entirely on point. However, the main problem is that Diaz went completely off the reservation to the point where people were saying he was in a plane crash and not even his manager or brother knew where he was.
It wasn’t so much that he flaked out, it was the manner in which he did so.
"A guy in Texas came up to me and told me ‘Frye you're not mixed martial arts, you're no holds barred’, and I said you're god damn right partner." ~ Don Frye
It's Important
Snowden is right and wrong. Right that this is what got him his popularity, wrong that this is behavior acceptable for a BIG promotion like the UFC and the UFC moving to the mainstream on FOX. That means big money for everyone and Dana can’t trust that another CBS type brawl is going to happen if Diaz just does whatever he wants all the time.
Take this one step further. What if Diaz did go to the press conference and then WON the championship?! Now you have a Champion that you can’t trust to market because he’s a loose cannon. THAT the UFC could never afford to have happen.
