Quality of non-Zuffa fighters

After watching decent amounts of the first two TUF episodes, and several Bellator episodes, I have a question for the BE community. How good are the TUF competitors in relation to fighters in Bellator and other non-Zuffa organizations??

It varies, but there are plenty of fighters out there you’ve never heard of that can take out top contenders in the UFC. The larger organizations like Bellator have some very good fighters, but smaller random orgs will have much much lower quality.
