There's a great shot somewhere i can't find now

that shows the ref’s face as warren is splayed out comatose. He has a great “oh shit” wide-eyed look as he starts his charge towards Vila.

oh man, this is one of my favorite KOs already

Warren drives me nuts, and at least he has been shut up for a few seconds.

I'd like that guy vs. Torres

Business as Usual has a STACKED team. I mean, we could win with just me, but you know.

Awesome

that was better than the whole ufc 135 card last night.

Oh man..

That was as satisfying as Hendo knocking Bisping out. Bonus points for the ref scoring a takedown on an Olympic wrestler.

This fight was on during the pre-fight and walkouts for the Jones vs Rampage fight. It was awesome seeing this KO right before the main event of UFC 135. Joe Warren just has terrible defense, and it keeps getting exposed in just about every fight that he’s in. Even at 40, Vila is still a beast.

if you slow it down, you can actually pin-point the second when warren’s heart rips in half.

Might have been a bad idea letting Warren do that tournament

It was bound to happen, but he was their first champ to lose a non-title match. To a lower weight class and to a guy that normally competes at 125

He was the 2nd guy

I guy named Joe Warren lost a different non-title fight and was gifted a decision.

lmao @ saddest man on the planet

warren is so full of himself..this should bring him down a notch or two

You must defeat me to stand a chance.

You could say that his record (if you thought that Galvao, Kid and Friere won) is like 4-5.
I knew this was going to happen eventually. Joe Warren is an awful defense boxer and wrestler.

I thought he lost all 3 of those fights. I’d like to see him fight Leonard Garcia. It would be an awesome display of judge-pleasing ineffective offense.

YES!!!

Finally Joe Warren gets what he had coming! Fucking awesome! Good job Vila! Can’t stand Warren, but I love this KO.

almost reminds me of Henderson-Bisping, Warren was out cold even before hitting the mat and Vila just wanted to shut him up with one more hammer-fist………..lovely

I love this

I might love the ref tackle even more though. He throws the shoulder into it and everything.

good

Somehow, Joe Warren will be allowed to retain “his” belt even though he was thoroughly dominated. Some WWE-type “contract snafu” or something. It’s getting to be a joke.

Great job by the referee to prevent further damage on an unconscious Warren.
