Who is Jackson Training?
I thought GSP was training with Greg Jackson now? At least he was until recently now Jackson is training Condit?
Condit’s home gym is Jacksons MMA, so, you know, he’s there. GSP is up in Montreal at Tri-Star. But Greg Jackson won’t be cornering either of them for the fight. I don’t know to what extent Jackson is “training” Condit or not though right now.

Dude, check again. He wasn’t KO’d, he was just dropped by a punch. It didn’t look too bad to me, certainly not a knock-out. People will get dropped or “rocked” occasionally in sparring, it happens, but obviously you try to not knock anyone out (except maniacs like old-school Chute Box, etc).

idk, it looked like it was a bit more than just being “dropped by a punch”. Upon further inspection yeah he just got dropped, but the way that he just lays back on the ground without getting up LOOKS as if he got rocked pretty bad at first glance.

nah, that was just an expression of exasperation on melvin’s part. like “damn, how’d i get caught?” they weren’t even sparring that hard, and they were both obviously holding back. jackson’s a smart and responsible trainer who likes for his fighters to take as little damage as possible. if one of his guys were KO’d, i don’t think he’d allow him to continue training without rest and evaluation.
i think melvin wasn’t padded up because he wanted to get closer to the real feel of being in a fight.

i like GSP, but i’m getting a little tired of him. i hope condit knocks him out.
never understood the fascination with going to a shooting range. i just don’t get it.
I went to The Gun Store when i was in Vegas. Never shot anything before and as a new experiences it was fun and exhilarating. But once the novelty wore off and it became `just shooting guns`, it`s pretty boring i find.

its silly to own a gun and take it shooting at least once in a while...
Or you can only use it when you need it to defend yourself and hope everything works.
