UFC 133 Tickets From TiqIQ Available at Bloody Elbow
Most of you have probably noticed the Bloody Elbow Tickets widget on our sidebar. This is a new service provided through a partnership between Bloody Elbow and TiqIQ.
TiqIQ is a tremendous service that scans the secondary ticket market via websites such as StubHub, TicketNetworks, eBay and the like and provides the lowest ticket prices available by section and event. It also allows for some insight into how the market on an event has changed as average market ticket price is tracked and reported on.
You can get tickets to Saturday's UFC 133 event for as low as $44 as of the time of this writing, that's less than the price of the pay-per-view!
The secondary ticket market is not everyone's cup o' tea, and that's fine. No one is forcing you to buy your tickets through TiqIQ. But events do sell out and the secondary market is a place to go to get tickets to these high demand events. Having a tool like TiqIQ at your disposal allows you to make informed decisions and find the lowest price available in these situations.
There is also the honest benefit that buying your ticket through our TiqIQ partnership benefits us, the Bloody Elbow staff. If you're thinking about buying some secondary market tickets, why wouldn't you want to buy them via a method that puts a few dollars in the wallets of the men who work to keep this great website running?
Seriously, check the widget out if for no other reason than to see some of the interesting shifts in market price as time passes and events get closer.

Awesome.
Cool deal. Why is it always so difficult to get UFC tickets? Do people buy them that quickly or is there something else going on?
Looks awesome.
I’ve been watching ticket prices plummet over the past few weeks…thinking of scooping up a pair today
I've really liked this widget
Hopefully will get a chance to use it for a number of sporting events
1. Anderson Silva is waiting for you to punch him.
2. That guy is Anderson Silva.
3. Don't fucking punch that guy.
Gonna have to watch on PPV this time, but in October I'm taking the wife to the Phone Booth in DC for the UFC on VERSUS!
Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?

Mark Hunt's Special Move: Oceanic Heritage! Years ago someone told Polynesian DNA that everyone was surrounded by sea monsters and it believed them. It made humans that were immune to head injuries, fast enough to run on the highway, and big enough to use the carpool lane. Putting two of them in the same ring is like telling your local tectonic plates to fuck themselves.

Legit source of tickets?
What does the author mean by “secondary ticket market is not everyone’s cup o’ tea”?
Are the tickets not always legit like from TicketMaster? Like do they sell photocopied tickets?
No
What places like tiqiq and stubhub do is provide a place for people who have extra tickets to an event (aka scalpers) to sell their tickets to the general public. As you get closer to the date of an event you’ll see the prices of tickets drop at these sites, because 1.) They’ve probably already made their money back and then some by this point and 2.) after the event the tickets are worthless so any money is better than no money.
The reason they mention it being “not everyone’s cup of tea” is because many people are strongly against scalping and see these sites as condoning the practice (as well as seeing BE as condoning it for partnering with them.)
