The UFC 133 open workouts went down yesterday (despite being open, they were actually closed to the public) and the UFC has posted a Youtube video showing some of the highlights. Oddly, there are no actual workout highlights from any UFC fighters, but they do show champion boxer Bernard Hopkins doing some shadowboxing.  The two men that are scheduled to meet in the main event on August 6th, Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz, basically spend the first half of the video discussing the fight on Saturday and trading a few barbs. Hopkins, who is from Philadelphia, speaks about the fight as well. Check it out.
