Cage Potato reports that Karo Parisyan will look to rebound from his tough loss to Ryan Ford a few months ago when he heads down to Brazil to take on Jordan Smith at Amazon Forest Combat 1 on September 14th. Amazon Forest Combat is a new Brazilian promotion that has signed the likes of Satoshi Ishii, Maiquel Falcao, Drew Fickett, and a whole lot more. They were hoping to sign recently-released UFC middleweight Nate Marquardt as well, but he chose to sign with BAMMA instead. The card also features the return to MMA of Royler Gracie, who hasn't fought in over five years. Apparently this is is last fight as well. Here's a rundown of AFC's debut card, which looks pretty good:
