UFC on Versus 5: Dana White Video Blog, Part 1

Stay connected for news and updates

As usual, the first installation of a Dana White video blog series has little to do with the upcoming event. Here, White half-heartedly runs through Sunday night's card and announces "See you in Milwaukee!" before leaving us with the UFC 133 leftovers.

Chronology:

-Aforementioned Versus rundown and Milwaukee sendoff.

-Rashad Evans, Vitor Belfort, Tito Ortiz, and Yoshihiro Akiyama enter the Wells Fargo Center.

-Dana talks with Charles Barkley and Frankie Edgar, who are apparently sitting next to each other, cageside.

-Dana and Lorenzo Fertitta react to various UFC 133 happenings -- Dennis Hallman unveiling his shorts, Vitor bludgeoning the back of Akiyama's head, and the final sequence of the main event which evokes a "Great fight!" from the UFC president.

-Post-fight stuff in the Octagon after the main event. Tito and Rashad embrace. Dana and Lorenzo talk to Tito.

-Dana talks to Quinton Jackson, then to Urijah Faber and Chad Mendes cageside. Mendes and White talked about the former's hand injury.

-Backstage, Dana White talks to Mickey Rourke and comedian Jim Norton.

-Dana worries when he sees Rashad's right hand wrapped up as they head toward the post-fight press conference. Rashad assures him it's only a "slight dislocation."

-Brian Ebersole reacts to his $70k bonus.
