This is the greatest time in my life right now.
Everyone let’s give a hand to Seraldo Babalu, one of the greatest light heavyweights… of the night.

After watching Tito through his many permutations over the years, im not glad to see him doing well
I initially forgave him over the fact that he was a young guy with zero education that had to become a man in a sport that required no maturity filter. But he’s made so many bad decisions, made so many baseless and misguided comments, spoken so many ill words of people, embarrassed himself so many times that I was praying to the MMA god (the one that determines who wins and who loses in this sport) for Tito to be retired for good and it didn’t happen. This makes me a bitter man indeed.
You know Joe, Brandon Vera is considered to be a Heavyweight George St.Pierre because he just comes, comes, and comes again... -Mike Goldberg, UFC 57
Cheick Kongo looks like a cross between Evander Holyfield and pop singer Seal!
Melvin Guilard looks like a little Kevin Randelman!
-Mike "All black people look alike to me" Goldberg, UFC 62/64
As much as I feel Tito is classless and tasteless I’m happy for him. I have no idea why, but it feels good to see Tito on top again. I think Tito got his TRT on, he looks like the old Tito and his fights against Hamill and Griffen he looked smaller IMO…
Also Leben looked like he was getting his TRT on as well. I hate to be a conspirator type , but realistically many of these guys are exploiting that loophole.
We already have Randy/ Hendo / Sonnen / Nate on the list and damn that’s a lot of former and current Team Quest huh?

well some of those guys have the proper work to back up the use of the trestment
others sonnen and nate keep making a nasty web of lies. i just like how he put it. first comment “i was feeling tired my levels were low”. how about some trt nate. no change of diet no change up in workouts just straight to the easy fix.
Beating the TUF whatever edition winner makes this the best time of your life?
Oh Tito how far you fell.

I'm happy for him.
People have been shitting on him for a long time. Whether or not they have the right to is irrelevant. I just hate seeing anybody down and depressed and taking a mental beating. I’m just enjoying the fact that he is feeling on top of the world right now. Good for him.

Luke Thomas as Senior Editor....
You should really learn how to spell Forrest Griffin right =)
I’d love to fight the winner of Shogun and Forrest Griffen
I’ve always been competing against the top guys int he world. Rashad, Forrest Griffen, Shogun..
my problem is not the spelling
It’s the editing. Someone else transcribed it. I was in a rush to publish it and didn’t catch this.

I will never understand why people will comment on the smallest of errors on an article.
If it affects the readers ability to read/comprehend then by all means say something but to be so nit-picky about “Griffin” over “Griffen” is childish.
We all make small mistakes(at least) in our writing no matter how professional we are.
Nah, I disagree
You have to get things right. From the facts to the editing to the myriad other responsibilities. I sometimes get annoyed when people point it out, but they’re right.

I think the facts need to be right.
And this post did not hinder a person from understanding the facts.
If your post had said “Forest Whitaker” then maybe someone should jump in.
But small writing mistakes happen no matter the amount of editing and professionalism.
I watched the video before I read the transcript for one and great job Luke as always..
And it obviously didn’t affect my ability to read the article if I am able to correct it. I wouldn’t come to this site if I couldn’t stand reading the articles or what not. Like Luke said as much as he hates it I am right and I don’t mean that to be arrogant. That is his job to his best to make sure the article has no mistakes. I did it to help try and improve the content I love to read. Sorry if it pisses you off but for example If you worked at Subway and kept putting Roast Beef on a Turkey and Ham sandwich, A customer would say something.
Also
You are right RayRay mistakes do happen and it was a very small mistake. But I shouldn’t have to justify why I did it, but I always forget how people get in forum situations. Oh and by all means you can correct my typos on my last post.
Why would I?
I understood what you were trying to say.
Continuously putting Roast Beef on a Turkey and Ham makes you mentally challenged.
A few spelling mistakes does not.
And I was more or less asking why you take the time to point out flaws that don’t really hinder a persons ability to read the article. I’m not pissed I was just curious and you summed it up rather nicely. Though I believe most of the time it’s just someone wanting to “One-Up” the writer or to just be a pain.
Sorry for the apparent rudeness and anger towards you. Wasn’t meant to be that way. Though after re-reading my post I can see how.
I’ve never seen a piece of Punishment Athletics clothing that Tito wasn’t wearing and I’m guessing he gets his for free. Can’t imagine that’s a big winner for him.
It's his company dude,
of course he gets it for free.
Learn JiuJitsu.
Always looking for that new danger.
Anyone get the skinny on why white n dana were feuding before thurs weighins?
At post fight conference Tito said they were arguing “because he (white) always challenges me”
"This is Bob. Bob had bitch tits."
How I feel about Tito Ortiz, in a nutshell.
Luke Thomas: You really did shock the world Tito. Was there ever a moment, even in your own mind behind honest with yourself…was there ever a moment after the surgeries, after maybe reading something online where you said “Maybe I can’t do this?” Did self-doubt ever creep in and did it scare you at all? To what extent did self-doubt play a part?
Tito Ortiz: …it means everything to me. I woke up that morning with a lot of doubt. Thinking that I didn’t want to do it anymore. And I really didn’t. I was like “I don’t want to fight” cause I didn’t want to fight. But then the braveness came out of my heart and if you want your career, if you want to fight for everything you believe in, you gotta fight today. You gotta talk to yourself like that. You gotta ask those questions. And once those questions are answered, you’ll start believing in yourself like I did. When it was over and I did my grave digger routine and I spoke to my children, my family, my fans, the ones who’ve been around me the whole time to motivate me and push me to the next level; I’ve done that. I have a great team around me like I said it was one of those things where I answered those questions in my mind that was doubt. And after coming off of five or six years of not winning and coming so close to winning, I doubted myself and I should never do that because I’m one of the greatest Light Heavyweights in the world. I proved that by dominating for such a long time at the Light Heavyweight division and being the champion for five years.
The Infiltration Android Unit GZL5000’s Internal Monologue: Wow, Tito, that was…surprisingly poignant. What strength to be so vulnerable in public. When he talks about training and the mental side of fighting, he’s actually pretty likable. Like his run on TUF 3, where he was a really good coach and so supportive of his guys. I kind of like this Tito guy.
I did what Jon “Bones” Jones couldn’t do and that was finish Bader in a minute and fifty-six seconds.Internal Monologue: Oh, you colossal jackass.

Tito understands the game better than most. He knows it is about getting asses on seats – there is just as many people coming to the fights to see him get KTFO as there are wanting him to win. Comments like this are just hype and to get people talking – he was doing this looooong before Chael started and this is the reason he is getting 400k+ a fight.
that was honest comment by tito
he tells us what he thinks… and sometimes he’s humble, arrogant but allways truthful and even apologetic.
To me it seems like Tito is trying his best to get along with Dana and so is dana with Tito… it is the best owner/fighter fued ever…
HOWEVER…. what was the “minor” beef with Tito n Dana on WED n THURS before weighins?…..
Tito said Post Fight interview: :“Dana always challenges me” … but thanked him afterwards and even admitted he was at fault earier in his career……. I just want to see Dana lighten up on Tito n get a big fat smile on his face…….. Tito will bring big $$$$$$$ next card….
"This is Bob. Bob had bitch tits."
Even though I met Tito via his coaching seaon on Spike Tv
I still mark out for Tito like I inexplicably do for Hulk Hogan. It’s good to see Tito get one in the wins column.
