Is there a more likable duo in UFC than Matt Mitrione and Pat Barry? In the video above Mitrione breaks down the Upside Down Guard Sweep. It basically shows you how to go from almost knocked out to almost submitting your opponent. But before the technical stuff, Mitrione introduces Barry as his "heterosexual life partner" as HD pops his head out behind Meathead with a high-pitched, "Hi." Really entertaining and useful stuff from Barry and Mitrione.
