Long time listener, first time caller.....

I was thinking about the LHW title picture after reading/watching media surrounding Bones Jones's next title defense against Rampage and realized that it is fully possible, if not likely, that we will see Tito vs. Forrest 2 for a title shot.  Obviously it is no gimme that Forrest will make it past Shogun, however it is my opinion that Shogun's repeated knee surgeries have affected him more than most fans are willing to admit.  So say Forrest beats Shogun once again... it seems to me that a big win like that combined with his status as a diehard "company man" would afford him the opportunity for another appearance in a title bout.

Now to Tito... the Dana-Tito saga has come full circle and Ortiz's standing with the Zuffa higher-ups has never been better.  If he pulls off the unlikely and defeats Evans, that will be two MASSIVE wins in a row.  Combine that with the goodwill Tito built by saving this PPV, and I believe Dana and Co. would put him not just "in the mix" but truly in line for the belt.

Assuming both Rampage or Jones would need/want some time off after their fight, regardless of who wins, the timing would work out for Zuffa to set up Tito vs. Forrest 3 for the title shot.
