The UFC has added another fight to UFC 135 on September 27th, and it will take place in the middleweight division. Tim Boetsch will look to improve to 2-0 at middleweight when he takes on undefeated Canadian Nick Ring. The UFC's twitter feed coughed up the info just a little while ago:
Just added to the UFC 135 lineup - @TimBoetsch vs. Nick @Promise_RiiNG - presale for @UFCFightClub starts tomorrow at 10 am MT
After a 3-3 UFC stint at light heavyweight that included a release and rehire, Boetsch finally made the drop to middleweight in time for a UFC 130 bout with Kendall Grove. "The Barbarian" dominated Grove and took a unanimous decision. Ring is 2-0 in the UFC and 12-0 overall. He was a contestant on TUF 11 and picked up a win on the show over eventual winner Court McGee before getting injured. His last fight was an exciting third-round submission win over James Head.
