The press conference will be streamed live from Braun's Bar & Grill in Denver. UFC 135 will be held at Denver's Pepsi Center where Jones will make his first title defense against Rampage on September 24.
Jones, who is celebrating his 24th birthday today, took the title from Mauricio "Shogun" Rua at UFC 128 in March. Jackson is coming off back-to-back wins over Matt Hamill at UFC 130 and Lyoto Machida at UFC 123.

Updates from the press conference:
First question: "this is only the 2nd time the headliner has featured two African-Americans, is that significant?" Jones & Jackson: No.
Ron Kruck: Such a rich UFC history in Denver, UFC 1, UFC 8. What's it mean to come back? Dana: It's cool.
Q: Rampage are you representing the old school? Jackson: I'm only 33. Who you calling old? Jones: Who you calling a kid?
Jones: Brock Lesnar might've been the least experienced champion. I respect Rampage.
Jones: When you beat someone you steal a little bit of their thunder. Jackson: I'm keeping my thunder.
Jackson: I got nothing to do with Jon Jones and what he blows.
Rampage: Last time I was this confident, I knocked someone out in the first round and got that belt.
Jackson: I got a whole bunch of movies coming up, ain't got nothing to do with my day job.
Jones: I just try to keep the faith that I can be something great in this sport in the future.
Dana: We always felt the UFC could be what it's become. Fights travel internationally very well. The vision is to keep going worldwide.
Q: Do you want stability in the LHW division? Dana: It is what it is. It's the most exciting division. Will take a real special person.
Jones: I don't feel I've been jabbing at Rampage. It's up to him how far he wants to take (the smack talk).
Jackson: I'm not the internet guy. I've been hearing stuff Jones has been saying. I say what I feel.
Subo: Are you prepping with WolfsLair? Who are you bringing in? Jackson: I'm bringing my team. I get real tired of that question.
Rampage: We could be training on the moon and still be Wolfs Lair.
Jones: Heavyweight is going to happen, maybe when I'm around 26 or 27.
Dana: Overeem hurt his toe, pulled out of the fight. Showtime set the September date. He's still under contract.
Dana: If I got mad at guys that get hurt, I'd be really pissed off right now.
Dana: Rashad is next in line if he beats Tito. If Tito wins, it's a tough one. Some would say he's ready, some would say he needs one more.
Jones: Rampage is like fighting a boxer. If he thinks I'm afraid to stand with him...
Jones: There will always be excuses. If I beat you, you'll say I fought the movie Rampage not the Pride Rampage.
Rampage: Jones is the one gonna need excuses after this fight.
Dana: About 45% of our fan base is female. We never planned for that.
Jackson: I love the fans but I get approached by too many dudes. I'm glad to see more female fans.
Dana: There aren't enough girls in each weight division to build an entire division. We'll see where it goes over time.
Dana: I think we're different than NBA, MLB, they're seasonal, we're not. We're PPV they're free TV.
Jones: Stop calling me a kid Dana.
Dana: I don't know (when we'll fill out the UFC 135 fight card).
Rampage: Tito Jones: Rashad.
Jones: I don't think champions are made in the gym.
Jackson: If Chael Sonnen walked past me right now, I wouldn't know who he is.
