Hello everyone ldglas here longtime reader not so often of commentater though. A little background about me i used to be 140lbs wrestler in highschool since then iv lost my way and ballooned up to about 195. Im 25 turning 26 and starting to think i really need to get back in shape soon or its never gonna happen. Last few times i tried i did good with work out but bad on dieting so now iv made major changes such as giving up juices and sodas for almost only water gave up almost all snakage and upped my salad intake. I think im on a good track this time but i would like to add supplements in aswell problem being i havent used any since my wrestling days and dont know whats out there and whats safe anymore. My main goal is fat burning but i would also like to be buff again. So if any of you good people could make some suggestions for me id be highly grateful.
